Orders placed before 12:00pm EST will be shipped the same day.
Orders Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will ship the following day.
Orders received by Fray after 12:00pm EST will ship the following Monday.

We ship via UPS for domestic orders. We do not ship to P.O. boxing Your billing and tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided after placing your order. Tanya Taylor is not responsible for packages delayed due to weather or events beyond our control. Tanya Taylor is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit. Tanya Taylor is not responsible for shipments lost after leaving Tanya Taylor’s warehouse.

DELIVERY FAILED

We ship to the address provided. If packages are undeliverable for any reason, including the customer’s refusal to pay duties, Tanya Taylor is not responsible for return shipping charges or the cost of re-shipping goods.

PRODUCT PRE-ORDER

All pre-order items will be clearly marked as pre-order and an estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page, your order page, in the shopping cart and at checkout. All pre-order items will be shipped to you as soon as they become available. If you have ordered both pre-ordered and available items, we will ship items in your order that are not pre-ordered within five business days. As we receive inventory for pre-ordered items, we ship them separately. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your pre-ordered items have been shipped. RETURN & EXCHANGE

Items must be in like-new condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. We redefine as unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached. All packaging must accompany the product and also be in new condition (e.g. shoe boxes). We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet these criteria.

Tanya Taylor is not responsible for product loss or damage during shipping. Refunds or credit will be issued within 7-10 business days from date of receipt at our warehouse for original payment method and amount, excluding original shipping and return charges (if applicable).

Items must be within marked as returned to us within 30 days of the original delivery date. Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned
