Hello! I'm in my second year of my training as a speech therapist. I am from Germany and my next apprenticeship will be in South Africa. I am not that good in speeking English, especially the formal language which I obviously will need for my apprenticeship. So I would really appreciate if you could give me some tips about good lecture (especially for kids therapy, I will work at a school with children aged 6-18 with different disabilities) in english. omg, I just finished my first year of college with undecided. my grades aren't great. I am debating whether I should do SLP or Elementary Education. the school that I currently attend does not offer SLP major. which means I'm gonna have to move, but my grades aren't good so I am afraid that I might not be accepted to my desired school. my current school does offer education though so IDK what career I wanna pursue. your video differently gives me an idea of SLP student is like.
the other thing is English isn't my first language so I am afraid that it might get in the way of my career to SLP. do u have any suggestions?

Hyeee, grace! I'm Shiya, a 2nd year student of slp in Malaysia. I'm really scared within this profession because I am still new with the clinical practices and the ambience just made me feel like i am not supposed to be there 🙁 Next week would be my first Initial Assessment Report (IAR) presentation and i'm sooooo terrified with it especially the qna part involving all the supervisors and other students as well. Can you give me on some tips maybe from ur prev experiences. Love yaaaa, you're such an inspiring person!!
