Plastic Compounding

Reliable Plastic Compounding Solutions. The requirements of modern standard plastics are becoming increasingly complex. In order to satisfy very high quality standards, depending on the particular application, they are enriched with a wide variety of additives such as PE, PP, PA, ABS and SAN.

Mixing takes place during a highly viscous melting phase and is only possible using specially coordinated mixing tools. The flow rates in the compounder range between several 100kg/hr up to 10t/hr.

Shortterm feeding consistency for example is critical for extruders with speeds of up to 1200rpm it must be very good while the product resides in the compounder.

All in all, processing plastic requires extremely flexible compounding and feeding solutions suited for even complex applications. Schenck Process provides the perfect solution.

Wars were part of our lives since the dawn of men, in this short video I used macro photography techniques to show a deeper and closer perspective of kids “toy soldiers” and reveal their sad and true meaning.
I used burner to melt the plastic toys and very close zoom lens to show the process. speech by Charlie Chaplin the great dictator.

It’s like Rock Band the video game you play with plastic instruments except you can play with any song, with real instruments, and with friends anywhere in the world.

This was made possible by amazing advances in AI audio source separation and transcription. There have also been amazing advances in video segmentation, but (as you’ll see) we clearly didn’t use them.

It’s not public at the moment, but we could deploy it to the public web if there was enough interest.

Built by AI researchers and prototypers Bryden Fogelman, Josh Albrecht, Hristijan Bogoevski, and myself in just over 24 hours at the DeveloperWeek 2020 Hackathon, for which Audia won 1st and 2nd place (we entered it into two different competitions).

Audia International puts new factory in Walker County GA

Walker County is getting a new $50 million dollar factory.

A Pennsylvaniabased plastic maker plans to start work this fall on a 240,000 square foot facility.

It will be located at the county’s newest industrial park, north of LaFayette on Highway 27.

Audia International plans to begin operating in about a year. The company serves the automotive, appliance, construction and packaging industries.

Audia won’t say how many people the plant will employ, but Larry Brooks, of the county development authority, has said the project will provide around 200 jobs.
